# Listing shoot checklist

## Before the shoot
- [ ] Confirm address, access (keys, lockbox code, alarm) and who will be on site
- [ ] Confirm the shot list and package with the agent (photos, twilight, drone, floor plan)
- [ ] Send the seller a prep list: lights on, blinds open, counters cleared, cars out of the driveway
- [ ] Check the weather and the sun position for exteriors; plan a twilight slot if booked
- [ ] Charge batteries, clear cards, pack tripod, flash and a lens cloth

## On site
- [ ] Walk the property once before shooting; note the best angle per room
- [ ] Turn on every light, open blinds, hide bins, towels, cables and personal photos
- [ ] Keep the camera level and verticals straight (tripod at about chest height)
- [ ] Bracket exposures in rooms with bright windows
- [ ] Shoot exteriors first or last depending on the light; repeat the hero shot
- [ ] Capture details the agent asked for (appliances, view, garden, parking)
- [ ] Leave the property as you found it; lock up and return keys

## After the shoot
- [ ] Back up the cards before formatting them
- [ ] Cull to the agreed number of photos
- [ ] Edit: exposure, window pulls, sky, verticals, removals
- [ ] Check every photo at full size before delivery
- [ ] Deliver the gallery with a download link and your invoice
- [ ] Log revisions and confirm the agent has what they need
