An SOP keeps approvals predictable when several agents, sellers and editors are involved. Adapt the roles and limits to your business.

1. Delivery
   - Send the agent the delivery link within [time] of the shoot.
   - State the number of photos, the revision limit and the deadline for revision requests.
2. Review
   - The agent reviews the photos online and marks any photo that needs a change.
   - If the seller must approve, the agent forwards the approval link to the seller.
3. Revisions
   - Accept revision requests until [date/time] and up to [number] rounds.
   - Changes outside the brief (new shots, heavy retouching) are quoted separately.
   - Return revised photos within [time].
4. Approval
   - The agent (and seller, where required) approves the final set in writing or on the delivery page.
5. Payment and download
   - Payment is due [before download / within X days].
   - After payment, high-resolution downloads are released.
6. Close-out
   - Archive the raw files for [period].
   - Log the job as delivered and note any feedback for next time.
