ShotVista is designed for editing and enhancing real estate photography. You may use the service to: • Edit property photos for listings and marketing • Enhance images for business profiles and websites • Process team photo shoots with proper consent from each individual • Use edited images in marketing materials, websites, and print

You may not upload or generate content that: • Depicts minors in any context • Contains nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic material • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others • Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening • Contains malware or is designed to disrupt our service

You must have proper consent before uploading photos: • You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos of others with their explicit consent • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining records of consent • If a person withdraws consent, you must immediately delete all generated images of that person • For team or group photos, consent is required from each individual

You may not: • Use ShotVista to create deceptive or fraudulent identity documents • Generate images intended to impersonate real people without their consent • Use generated images in a way that could mislead others about identity • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or technology • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the service • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access • Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls

We take violations of this policy seriously. • We may monitor usage for compliance with this policy • Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination • We may remove content that violates this policy without notice • We reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement • Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations
