Our service includes: • AI-powered photo editing for real estate listings • Multiple style options and enhancements • High-resolution image downloads • Secure photo processing and storage

ShotVista operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to edit photos and can be purchased through our secure payment system. • All payments are processed securely via Stripe • Credits do not expire • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits • Subscription billing occurs monthly or annually based on your plan

You agree to use ShotVista only for lawful purposes. You may not: • Upload photos of others without their consent • Use generated images for fraudulent or misleading purposes • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Upload inappropriate or offensive content We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant ShotVista a limited license to process your images for service delivery. Edited photos are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. ShotVista retains rights to our AI technology, branding, and service design.

ShotVista is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high-quality results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
